- Orders must be placed by 12pm Monday for Wednesday delivery or 12pm Wednesday for Friday delivery.
- Payment can be made via credit card, direct deposit or by cash on delivery
- No cheques will be accepted unless with prior agreement
- Goods will not be delivered without payment
- Please note a signature is required on delivery (or instructions where the goods may be delivered safely)
We do not accept responsibility for any goods not signed for on delivery
- Please note that 24 hours notice is required for cancellation of an order
- Prices are inclusive of delivery and GST where applicable and subject to change without notice
- Should an item be unavailable, a similar product of at least the same value will be substituted unless otherwise instructed
- Handling fee of $10 in addition to the cost of postage / courier for all out of area orders
